By using Snap Translate AI ("the app"), you agree to the following terms.

1. Service Description

Snap Translate AI is a photo translation web application. You take a photo of text (menus, signs, documents, etc.) and receive AI-powered translations in your chosen language.

2. Accounts

You sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. One account per person.

3. Free and Paid Plans

• Free plan: 1 translation per day. Additional translations can be earned through referrals.
• Pro plan: 30 translations per day. Billed monthly ($4.99/month) or yearly ($29.99/year).

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Paddle's terms of service. Prices are in USD and may be subject to local taxes as determined by Paddle.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase if you are not satisfied with the service. To request a refund, contact us at menulensai@gmail.com. After 7 days, you may cancel your subscription at any time but no refund will be issued for the remaining billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Abuse, exploit, or circumvent usage quotas
• Reverse-engineer the app or its APIs
• Upload content that is illegal or infringes on third-party rights

7. Disclaimer

Translations are generated by AI and may contain errors. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of translations.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
